If you are an individual seeking your ServSafe Food Handler Certificate of Achievement, we recommend using the Flordia SafeStaff Food Handler Online Course and Assessment.

One book is needed per Food Handler. Each book includes an individual certificate, wallet card, and DBPR database training record. DBPR must be mailed using the instructions on the form to register the Food Handler certificate with the State of Florida. Training must be conducted by a Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM). This is not a self-administered program.
