ServSafe 7th Edition Food Handler® Online Course and Assessment is a comprehensive solution that delivers consistent food safety training to employees. This ensures the same food safety principles are delivered each and every time.

TSC Associates offers group training designed to equip your entire staff with essential food safety knowledge. If you’re seeking qualified ServSafe Food Handler certification, this product provides the information and skills needed to help restaurants remain compliant with food safety regulations.

This product uses the ServSafe Food Handler training program from the National Restaurant Association. The program delivers consistent, practical training to employees in five key areas:

  • Basic Food Safety
  • Personal Hygiene
  • Cross-contamination and allergens
  • Time and Temperature
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing

The course sections can be completed in approximately 10 minutes. They include color photographs from the learners’ point of view help reinforce food safety concepts. An enhanced assessment can be taken at the completion of training to measure if employees have the minimum competency in food safety knowledge. Once the course has been purchased and launched, participants can select to take the course in English, Spanish, Simplified Chinese, Korean or Vietnamese.
